Easy Kofta Biryani

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo Mince beef , 1 kilo Rice , 4 medium size onions finely chopped , 2 medium tomatoes finely chopped , 1 Egg white , 2-3 fresh green chilies finely chopped , 1 and half cup Fresh coriander leaves , 3 tbs paste of garlic ginger , Salt & red chillies to taste 1 cup yogurt mix with 1 tsp paste of Imli , 3-4 Dried prunes(Allo Bukhara) , 4 tbs Oil 1/2 tsp of Vinegar , Small quantity of Black pepper , Cloves , Darchinny, bari Illaich , Small illaichi, tezpat leaves, Kewra water , Pinch of Yellow food color

Capsicum Rice

Ingredients:
5 Capsicums (chopped) , 1 cup Raw Rice , 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice , 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder , 1-1/2 tbsp Dry Grated Coconut , 3 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Black Gram , 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds , 2 tsp Bengal Gram , Few Curry Leaves , 1 tbsp Peanuts , 8-9 Cashew nuts , 6 Red chilies , Salt as per taste , Coriander Leaves for garnishing

Soya Biryani

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups soya chunks , 2 Cups basmati rice , 1 Onion, chopped , 2 Green chilies, finely chopped , 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste , 3 Tomatoes, chopped , 1/2 tsp Chili , powder , 1 tsp Coriander powder , 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder , 1 tsp Garam masala , Salt to taste , 2-3 tbsp Ghee or oil , 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds , Chopped cilantro and mint, for garnish.

Groundnut Pulao

Ingredients:
600 gm Basmati rice , 200 gm Groundnuts , 1/2 Cup coconut, scrapped , 3 Onions, chopped , 2 Capsicums, chopped , 2 tbsp Lemon juice , 200 gm Ghee , 1 inch Ginger 2 Green chilies , Cloves, posto and cinnamon (as needed) , Salt to taste , Coriander leaves, for garnish.

Ingredients:
Long grain white rice 2 cups. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. Onion, small, finely chopped 1 no. Garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 nos. Red chilies seeded and cut into slivers 2 nos. Chicken breast meat, finely chopped 225 gms. Bamboo shoots chopped or cut into matchstick strips 85 gms. Chinese black mushrooms, dried, soaked for 30 minutes, drained and chopped 8 nos.
